EMERGENCY OPERATIONS COORDINATOR (EOC)  

THE EMERGENCY OPERATIONS COORDINATOR (EOC) IS THE PERSON WHO SERVES
AS THE MAIN CONTACT PERSON FOR THE COMPANY IN AN EMERGENCY.
THE EOC IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MAKING DECISIONS AND FOLLOWING THE STEPS
DESCRIBED IN THIS EMERGENCY RESPONSE PLAN. IN THE EVENT OF AN EMERGENCY
OCCURING WITHIN OR AFFECTING THE WORKSITE, THE PRIMARY CONTACT WILL
SERVE AS EOC. IF THE PRIMARY CONTACT IS UABLE TO FULFILL THE EOC DUTIES,
THE SECONDARY CONTACT WILL TAKE ON THE ROLE AND IF THE SECONDARY
CONTACT IS UNAVAILBLE THE THE THIRD CONTACT WILL SERVE AS EOC

EVACUATION PLAN

EMPLOYEES WILL BE WARNED TO EVACUATE THE BUILDING USING THE FOLLOWING SYSTEM EXIT THE BUILDING VIA NEAREST EXIT
EMPLOYEES/GUESTS SHOULD ASSEMBLE AT THE FOLLOWING LOCATION FOR ACCOUNTING BY THE EVACUATION TEAM MCDONALDS
PERSON WHO WILL BRING THE EMPLOYEE AND GUEST ROSTER TO THE EVACUATION ASSEMBLY AREA FOR THE EOC TO ACCOUNT FOR ALL EVACUEES. RECEPTIONIST

THE FOLLOWING POTENTIAL EMERGENCIES HAVE BEEN IDENTIFIED

  1. PATIENTS REQUIRING ASSISTANCE TO LEAVE THE BUILDING

FIRE EXTINGUISHERS: ENTRANCE DOOR TO STAIRWELL BY ELEVATORS, OUTSIDE WOMENS WASHROOM
FIRE HOSE: OUTSDE WOMENS WASHROOM AND ENTRACE TO STAIRWELL BY THE  ELEVATORS AND GARBAGE ROOM

MEDICAL EMERGENCY PLAN

PROCEDURES:

  1. ONLY TRAINED PERSONNEL SHOULD PROVIDE FIRST AID ASSISTANCE
  2. DO NOT MOVE THE VICTIM UNLESS THE VICTIM'S LOCATION IS UNSAFE.
  3. CONTROL ACCESS TO THE SCENE
  4. TAKE PRECAUTIONS TO PREVENT CONTACT WITH BODILY FLUIDS
  5. MEET THE AMBULANCE AT THE NEAREST ENTRANCE.


FIRE EMERGENCY PLAN

IF A FIRE IS REPORTED, PULL THE FIRE ALARM TO WARN OCCUPANTS TO EVACUATE.

THEN DIAL 911 TO  ALERT FIRE DEPARTMENT. PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:

  1. BUSINESS NAME AND STREET ADDRESS
  2. NATURE OF FIRE
  3. FIRE LOCATION
  4. TYPE OF FIRE ALARM IS A PULL STATION
  5. NAME OF PERSON REPORTING FIRE
  6. TELEPHONE NUMBER FOR RETURN CALL

EOC TO DIRECT EVACUATION OF EMPLOYEES AND VISITORS

PROCEDURES

  1. 1. EVACUATE BUILIDING OCCUPANTS ALONG EVACUATION ROUTES TO PRIMARY ASSEMBLY AREAS OUTSIDE
  2. PROHIBIT USE OF ELEVATORS
  3. EVACUATION TEAM TO ACCOUNT FOR ALL EMPLOYEES AND VISITORS  AT THE ASSEMBLY AREA.
